Anna commenced at the private bar in 2006 and was appointed Senior Counsel in 2018. Anna practises predominantly in the areas of administrative law, constitutional law, criminal law, local government/environmental law, migration and native title. She has acted for a wide range of private parties in challenges to government decisions, as well as for state and federal government departments and agencies. Anna appears regularly in state and federal courts and tribunals, including at the appellate level.
