James joined the NSW Bar in 2008. James practises in all areas of commercial law, with a focus on large commercial disputes and class actions, competition and consumer law, corporations law, professional negligence and regulatory investigations (including by the ACCC and ASIC).
Before coming to the Bar, James was a Senior Associate at Allens. James holds the degrees of Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws from the University of Sydney.
