Ashleigh practises widely in commercial litigation, with experience in contract law, corporations law (including shareholder oppression and schemes of arrangement), trust disputes, insolvency, class actions and regulatory enforcement at first instance and on appeal. She accepts briefs in all areas of law.
Before her admission to practice, Ashleigh served as a tipstaff to the Honourable Justice Fabian Gleeson in the New South Wales Court of Appeal. She worked as a senior associate at Allens where she practised as a solicitor in commercial litigation from 2020 to 2026. Ashleigh was called to the Bar in 2026.
Ashleigh has a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney. She was the recipient of the Katrina Dawson Award in 2026.
