Eleanor has a broad practice, with particular experience in constitutional, administrative and criminal law. She appears for and advises a range of government bodies at the State and Federal level, as well as private clients. Eleanor appears regularly in appellate proceedings, in addition to proceedings in the District Court and the Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Eleanor was called to the Bar in 2018. From 2018 to 2020, she was Counsel Assisting the NSW Solicitor General and Crown Advocate.
Eleanor was an associate to Justice Nettle of the High Court of Australia and a tipstaff to Justice Meagher of the NSW Court of Appeal. Admitted to practice in 2015, she also worked as a solicitor in the NSW Crown Solicitor’s Office.
