Hugh has a broad practice in commercial litigation and administrative law, with experience in contract, class action, corporations, equity, judicial review and real property proceedings. He accepts briefs in all areas of law.
Before his admission to practice, Hugh worked as tipstaff to the Honourable Justice Julie Ward in the Supreme Court of New South Wales. From 2010 to 2019, he worked as a solicitor in litigation at King & Wood Mallesons. Hugh was called to the Bar in 2019.
Hugh has a BCL from the University of Oxford and a BA/LLB (First Class Hons) from the University of Sydney.
