Stephanie has a broad practice in both commercial law and public law. Her commercial law practice includes corporations, equity, professional negligence, competition, consumer protection and taxation proceedings. In her public law practice, Stephanie has been briefed in matters involving judicial review and administrative law, public torts, proceeds of crime and extradition. Stephanie has advised and appeared for companies, individuals, the Commonwealth and NSW and their regulatory agencies (such as the ACCC and ASIC), and several foreign states (in extradition proceedings). She appears regularly in the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of NSW, as well as in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
Prior to being called to the Bar in 2012, Stephanie worked for five years as a solicitor, and then senior associate, at Ashurst, and before that she was the Associate to the Honourable Justice Lindgren of the Federal Court of Australia.
