Before coming to the Bar, Tom was a Principal Solicitor in the NSW Crown Solicitor’s Office, primarily practising in administrative and constitutional law. Tom was also a Senior Solicitor on the Special Commission of Inquiry into LGBTIQ hate crimes.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (with Distinction) from the University of NSW, and a Master of Laws from New York University.
Tom practices in commercial and public law, and is open to considering briefs in all areas of law.
